Surety Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the SuretyNexus Quality team and manage day-to-day client servicing
• Ensure all team KPIs and SLAs are met through effective workflow prioritization
• Perform quality assurance on all Surety bonds and deliverables in accordance with SOPs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers and managers
• Prepare written correspondence, reports, and monthly analysis for management
• Assist with client/carrier accounting issue resolution and team onboarding/training
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and participate in internal and external meetings

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of insurance industry experience related to servicing accounts
• Ability to acquire and maintain a P&C License within 90 days of employment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong customer service, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working specifically with Surety in an insurance brokerage environment
• Previous experience using Epic and Tinubu
