Surety Assistant Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day servicing for surety clients, including bond issuance and associated activities.
• Accurately enter data from bond requests into the bond issuing system.
• Process renewals, cancellations, closures, and riders.
• Assist with the resolution of client and carrier accounting issues.
• Prepare and submit billing and report bonds to carriers.
• Prepare written correspondence, reports, and analysis for management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, client managers, and internal team members.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of insurance industry experience related to servicing accounts.
• Experience working with surety in an insurance brokerage environment.
• Experience working with Epic or Sure Path.
