Supr Factory Floor

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 30 employees to ensure safety, product quality, and asset performance.
• Deliver production plans on time while managing employee onboarding, performance, and training.
• Enforce strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety checks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all personnel follow hygiene and safety protocols.
• Coach employees using the NCE approach and implement action plans to address root causes of failures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering to prioritize repairs and maximize equipment efficiency.
• Manage shift operations, including controlling absenteeism and ensuring proper skill distribution.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or varying schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related manufacturing or supervisory experience.
