About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Supported Employment services using the IPS model to help individuals overcome employment barriers.
- Offer coaching, skill-building, and education related to individualized employment, education, or entrepreneurship goals.
- Conduct rapid job searches and develop relationships with employers to create vocational opportunities.
- Support participants with resume building, interview preparation, and financial education regarding wages and benefits.
- Provide individualized follow-along supports to ensure long-term vocational and educational stability.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with state and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and community partners to integrate employment services with behavioral health care.
Requirements
- AA degree in a related field (e.g., Human Services, Social Work, Public Health, Criminal Justice, or Business Administration).
- 2 years of experience working with individuals facing behavioral health challenges.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Agency Affiliated Counselor credential.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Certified Peer Counselor Credential through the WA Department of Health.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet Company Approved Driver requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a related field.
- Experience working with state substance use residential treatment facility services.
- Experience working with individuals from diverse cultures.
