About the role
Responsibilities
- Holding a caseload of Early Help families
- Carrying out home visits and completing assessments
- Developing support plans and delivering targeted interventions
- Working with children and families below the threshold for statutory social care intervention
- Identifying safeguarding concerns and escalating cases to Children's Social Care where appropriate
- Recording all casework using Liquid Logic (LCS & EHM)
Requirements
- Experience in Family Support or Family Intervention
- Experience in Early Help services
- Experience with Child in Need (CIN) or assessment work
- Experience supporting vulnerable children and families
- Ability to complete assessments and manage caseloads
