Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised care plans to autistic people within their home environment and the local community
• Support individuals with daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs
• Work collaboratively with a warm and friendly team to provide high-quality support
• Undertake sleep-in duties as required by the location (additional payment provided)

Requirements

• Must hold a manual driving licence and be a driver
• Experience in residential care or providing personal care is preferred
• Ability to work approximately 33 hours per week
