Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care plans to autistic people within their home environment
• Support individuals in accessing the local community and participating in daily activities
• Assist with personal care needs and attend various appointments
• Work collaboratively with a warm and friendly team to provide high-quality support

Requirements

• Must hold a valid manual driving license
• Must be a driver
