About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualised care plans to the people supported within their home environment
  • Support individuals when accessing the local community
  • Assist with daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs
  • Work collaboratively within a warm and friendly team to provide high-quality care

Requirements

  • Driver required
  • Ability to work shift patterns (typically between 7:45am - 9:45pm and 8:00am - 10:00pm)
  • Willingness to undertake sleep-in duties
