Support Werkstudent

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for business clients and flexible workers via phone and email
• Handle inquiries regarding scheduling, contracts, invoicing, and app usage
• Successfully onboard new users to the platform
• Identify commercial signals and pass them to Account Managers and Sales Consultants
• Collect user feedback to monitor quality and assist in app optimization projects

Requirements

• Currently in the Master phase of studies or fourth year of HBO
• Available 16 to 24 hours per week
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
• Service-oriented and commercially minded
• Proactive attitude with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work onsite in Rotterdam
