Support technique FAL

Responsibilities

• Identify, record, and map all anomalies, delays, and bottlenecks on the Final Assembly Line (FAL) to ensure structured reporting to decision-making services.
• Perform regular checks across various FAL stations to identify planning drifts and production delays.
• Document technical, logistical, or quality issues, including missing parts, unavailable tooling, or non-conformities.
• Audit visual compliance of progress against theoretical work instructions and standards.
• Write clear, factual, and detailed reports for every identified anomaly.
• Ensure rigorous data entry of events into production management tools, including ERP systems and dedicated databases.
• Alert management, flow coordinators, or support services (Methods, Quality, Logistics) immediately based on the criticality of the issue.

Requirements

• Bac to Bac+2 degree in production management, industrial logistics, or aeronautics.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment (FAL or production plant) is required.
• Knowledge of assembly line organization.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and technical documentation.
• Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information clearly and precisely.
• High level of rigor, keen observation skills, and methodical approach.
