Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests via various channels including tickets, calls, and emails
- Understand, qualify, and analyze user needs to diagnose technical incidents related to workstations, networks, and business applications
- Manage and resolve technical incidents autonomously by providing solutions or workarounds
- Escalate complex incidents to expert teams (N2/N3, R&D) when necessary
- Ensure service quality and maintain clear communication with clients
Requirements
- Successful first experience in systems and network support
- Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365)
- Knowledge of Windows environments and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of web applications in on-premise, virtualized, and SaaS environments
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation
