About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts and access rights
- Prepare new IT workstations (PC, Chromebooks, Chromebox)
- Provide level 1 user support and manage incidents in ServiceNow
- Maintain and install hardware and manage stock in ServiceNow
- Manage printers and smartphone distribution
- Supervise LAN and WAN networks
- Follow and update internal SOX control procedures
- Manage purchase requests and receptions in AGORA
- Assist in deploying new WAN links and technical site visits
- Support ToIP Ring Central solutions and Google workspace usage
Requirements
- Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
- Good knowledge of Google environment (Chrome OS, Chromebook)
- Networking knowledge
- Meraki solutions knowledge is a plus
- Ability to travel occasionally within the Centre-Ouest region (Brittany, Pays de Loire, Centre)
