About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage user requests and incidents via telephone and GLPI ticketing tool
- Provide remote assistance and remote control to users
- Diagnose, qualify, and resolve technical problems
- Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate level
- Participate in proactive incident prevention
- Contribute to technical documentation and user guides
Requirements
- Bac+2 to Bac+5 level education
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support
- Strong interpersonal skills and user-centric approach
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle different situations
