About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage user requests and incidents via telephone and GLPI ticketing tool
  • Provide remote assistance and remote control to users
  • Diagnose, qualify, and resolve technical problems
  • Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate level
  • Participate in proactive incident prevention
  • Contribute to technical documentation and user guides

Requirements

  • Bac+2 to Bac+5 level education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support
  • Strong interpersonal skills and user-centric approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle different situations
