About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized user onboarding and environment setup
- Perform hardware replacements following escalated support requests
- Handle workstation mastering and preparation according to specific requirements
- Document interventions precisely in the incident management tool
- Assist the team with occasional incident management tasks
Requirements
- Degree in IT (Bac+2 type BTS SIO or equivalent)
- Initial experience in IT support or workstation preparation (internship, apprenticeship, or first job)
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Service-oriented mindset with autonomy and rigor
- Driver's license (Permis B) preferred for occasional travel
