About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized user onboarding and environment setup
  • Perform hardware replacements following escalated support requests
  • Handle workstation mastering and preparation according to specific requirements
  • Document interventions precisely in the incident management tool
  • Assist the team with occasional incident management tasks

Requirements

  • Degree in IT (Bac+2 type BTS SIO or equivalent)
  • Initial experience in IT support or workstation preparation (internship, apprenticeship, or first job)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with autonomy and rigor
  • Driver's license (Permis B) preferred for occasional travel
