Support Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Manage stock room organization, product flow, and shipment processing (packing/unpacking)
• Lead by example to manage conflict and support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Execute operational policies and procedures, including cashiering, answering phones, and acting as a greeter or runner
• Coordinate team efforts to ensure smooth store running and efficient stock management

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age
