Support Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Lead by example in managing conflict and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Execute operational policies and procedures, including acting as a greeter, runner, or cashier
• Manage shipment processing, including packing and unpacking shipments
• Organize the stock room to ensure efficient product flow and smooth store operations

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Stock-related experience is preferred
