Support Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Manage stock room organization, packing/unpacking shipments, and product flow
• Execute operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth store running
• Lead by example by managing conflict and supporting the team in delivering excellent customer experiences
• Perform various roles including greeter, runner, cashier, and answering phones

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Stock-related experience is preferred
