Support Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Manage stock room organization, product flow, and shipment processing (packing/unpacking)
• Lead by example to manage conflict and support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Execute operational policies and procedures, including cashiering and answering phones
• Act as a versatile team member, performing roles such as greeter, runner, or cashier as needed

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, weekends, and overnights
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age
