Support Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support both front of house and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Lead by example to manage conflict and support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Execute operational policies including packing/unpacking shipments and organizing the stock room
• Perform various roles such as greeter, runner, cashier, and answering phones to ensure smooth store running
• Manage product flow and maintain stock room organization to support sales

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age
