Support Staff

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist in creating a memorable tasting experience
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate needs to Wine Guides or Managers
• Clear tables after guests leave and transport glassware, silverware, and dishes to appropriate areas
• Reset and arrange tabletops and ensure floors and seating areas are clean and tidy
• Inspect restrooms regularly to maintain cleanliness and restocking standards
• Assist with pre- and post-shift setup and cleanup to maintain operational readiness
• Restock wine, merchandise, and collateral materials as needed
• Support Wine Guides with timely replenishment of table supplies and service items

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Food Handler Certificate and Alcohol Beverage Control License (or willingness to obtain upon employment)
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, tasting room, or other hospitality setting
