Responsibilities

• Perform station opening/closing duties on each shift
• Greet guests within 2 minutes and follow all Service Execution Steps
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience
• Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food, drinks and service
• Present bills, accept payments, and operate POS system
• Uphold strict cash handling procedures and accountability
• Respond to guest complaints
• Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases
• Ensure compliance with all Company policies, health, and safety standards

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of principles for dealing directly with the public
• Ability to handle cash and balance cash drawers
• Ability to stand and walk during entire 8-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a semi-regular basis
