About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with hardware and software
- Investigate, troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues for hospitality customers
- Maintain Gold Class support standards via phone, chat, and email
- Document, track, and resolve interactions within customer support platforms
- Identify, reproduce, and escalate product bugs to the Quality Assurance team
- Operate within a global 24x7 roster including weekends
Requirements
- Previous customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency with iOS, Android, OSX, and Windows platforms
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Phone, Email, Ticketing, and Live Chat platforms
- Knowledge of the Hospitality industry or SaaS products
- Experience supporting iOS applications
- Computer networking knowledge
- Working knowledge of Mac OS and basic HTML/CSS
- Proficiency in Dutch or French
