About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve advanced escalations from Specialist I & II using sound judgment
  • Train, coach, and mentor new hires and junior specialists
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic issues
  • Support testing, implementation, and rollout of new systems and software
  • Lead root cause analysis for recurring branch-level issues
  • Provide reporting support and assist with performance tracking
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets, logs, and operational records
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused service
  • Support new user setup and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Ensure confidentiality and adherence to regulatory requirements
