About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve advanced escalations from Specialist I & II using sound judgment
- Train, coach, and mentor new hires and junior specialists
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic issues
- Support testing, implementation, and rollout of new systems and software
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring branch-level issues
- Provide reporting support and assist with performance tracking
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, logs, and operational records
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service
- Support new user setup and basic technical troubleshooting
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to regulatory requirements
