About the role
Responsibilities
- Address user inquiries related to computer software or hardware
- Conduct remote software installation and hardware testing
- Execute commands and monitor system functioning to identify errors
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions and remedial actions
- Utilize technical manuals and computer diagnostics to resolve issues
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting support
Requirements
- 12 to 24 months of IT operations experience
- Demonstrated experience with macOS
- Experience with enterprise ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Understanding of multi-factor authentication
- Ability to travel locally between offices
