About the role

Responsibilities

  • Address user inquiries related to computer software or hardware
  • Conduct remote software installation and hardware testing
  • Execute commands and monitor system functioning to identify errors
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions and remedial actions
  • Utilize technical manuals and computer diagnostics to resolve issues
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting support

Requirements

  • 12 to 24 months of IT operations experience
  • Demonstrated experience with macOS
  • Experience with enterprise ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Google Workspace
  • Understanding of multi-factor authentication
  • Ability to travel locally between offices
