About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming support calls and cases and make outbound calls for autonomous deliveries
- Support projects that enhance the Customer, Dasher, and Merchant experience
- Complete frequent upskill training to learn new pilot workflows
- Partner cross-functionally with the S&O team to represent the voice of the customer
- Test new processes and programs to help increase customer retention
- Use provided training and workflows to resolve problems, make processes durable, and escalate edge cases
- Provide support coverage across hours of operation (6AM–3AM PST)
