About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming support calls and cases and make outbound calls for autonomous deliveries
  • Support projects that enhance the Customer, Dasher, and Merchant experience
  • Complete frequent upskill training to learn new pilot workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally with the S&O team to represent the voice of the customer
  • Test new processes and programs to help increase customer retention
  • Use provided training and workflows to resolve problems, make processes durable, and escalate edge cases
  • Provide support coverage across hours of operation (6AM–3AM PST)
