Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasionally phone
• Analyze problems, communicate solutions, and document escalations clearly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal
• Identify recurring patterns to improve processes and documentation
• Contribute to knowledge sharing via the Help Center and internal documentation
• Troubleshoot complex configuration questions, bugs, and technical issues

Requirements

• Solution-oriented mindset with a drive to understand root causes
• High level of precision and diligence in technical and payment contexts
• Fluency in German (C2) and professional proficiency in English
• Willingness to learn SaaS, web technologies, APIs, webhooks, and payment logic
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of cases
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or back-office roles
• Availability for occasional launch weekends or defined on-call windows (separately compensated)
