About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage client projects and handle all related project management activities
  • Coordinate workflows by scheduling, assigning, and reviewing tasks to ensure optimal staff utilization
  • Receive inspection inquiries and assign appropriate inspectors as required
  • Create work orders and accurately capture data into the company system
  • Prepare weekly and monthly summary reports as requested
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the A&I team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, English, or a related discipline
  • Good English reading and writing skills (oral fluency is a plus)
  • At least 1 year of professional working experience
  • Strong computer, data entry, and data analysis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
