Support Services Specialist II A&I

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects and handle all related project management activities.
• Act as a liaison between clients and inspectors to ensure inspection criteria and requirements are strictly followed.
• Coordinate inspection schedules with factories, suppliers, and clients.
• Provide quotes to clients and manage cost input within the invoicing system.
• Review inspection reports, release them to relevant parties, and address client inquiries.
• Translate inspection criteria and requirement documents when necessary.
• Prepare weekly and monthly summaries and manage monthly billing for payment collection.
• Handle client complaints independently or escalate them through proper procedures.

Requirements

• College degree or above in International Trade, English, or a related discipline.
• English proficiency with CET-4 or above; excellent reading and writing skills.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the trading or merchandising field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for independent business correspondence.
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in oral English.
