About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Office of the Registrar and the Division of Enrollment Management
- Assist with registration, record processing, and communications across various mediums
- Ensure accurate data entry and auditing, including term grade audits and demographic record clean-up
- Support strategic planning for projects, policies, and procedures in collaboration with leadership
- Evaluate project statuses and collect feedback to propose efficient workflow improvements
- Maintain compliance with university policies, record retention schedules, and document purge procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Registrar's Office or a higher education setting
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member
