About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support high-value Corporate DoorDash Customers via phone, chat, and web casework
  • Own customer concerns from end-to-end, handling escalated needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Act as a customer champion to prevent churn and drive business growth
  • Work cross-functionally to serve as the voice of the customer for products, services, and policies
  • Conduct pilot programs and participate in new strategies to improve the overall customer experience
  • Make empowered, proactive decisions to resolve issues and remove friction for users

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience in a support or account management capacity
  • Strong communication skills to convey vision and operational processes clearly
  • Experience training non-technical customers on technical software and tools
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle ambiguous situations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach to work
  • Ability to work an assigned schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must live within a commutable 50 miles of the Tempe, AZ office for onsite requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Previous background in support or entry-level account management
