About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer requests and manage the incoming ticket queue.
- Route tickets to appropriate resolvers and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are maintained.
- Provide administrative support for multiple service lines, including creating and organizing project files.
- Coordinate with vendors for the ordering, delivery, and deployment of workspace products and furniture.
- Manage customer-facing inboxes and provide timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize Smartsheet and other systems of record to maintain data accuracy and update project information.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operational excellence.
- Proactively identify tasks requiring attention and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or real estate/facilities coordination.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (e.g., a backpack with a laptop and supplies).
- Ability to travel independently to various worksites within the Puget Sound region.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working in a creative team environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
