Support Pre-Trade (FI/FX)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, and pilot team projects and subjects
• Implement and facilitate Agile methodologies adapted to support and project teams
• Establish effective "follow the sun" monitoring with international teams
• Manage budgets and reporting to ensure resource visibility
• Manage incidents and problems to ensure service continuity
• Support the team in project scoping

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or Engineering
• Significant experience in an Agile environment within a large group's IT system
• Strong knowledge of the Banking & Finance sector
• Proficiency in Agile methods, project management, and operational team management
• Understanding of financial markets, order routing systems, and market data platforms
• English proficiency (B2 level)
• Technical familiarity with Python, Linux, Windows, and ELK

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Horizon Market Making, ION Trading, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, or ITRS Geneos
