Support Pedagogue

Responsibilities

• Provide support and service based on residents' wishes in the home and during leisure activities
• Contribute to an active and meaningful life for residents
• Identify and address individual needs through pedagogical work
• Drive and develop pedagogical work in consultation with the operations manager
• Perform delegated healthcare tasks

Requirements

• Degree in support pedagogy (200 YH credits) or 60 HP in pedagogy
• Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group (adults, personkrets 1)
• Basic knowledge of household tasks including nutrition and hygiene
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in management/supervision
• Experience working with individuals with autism and challenging behavior
• Experience working with complex psychosocial behavioral issues
• Experience with clarifying communication and low-arousal approach
