Support Outils SAP/Codification Véhicule

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 user support including incident management and ticketing
• Support users on SAP tools and associated applications
• Create and control SAP objects via various transactions and Workplace
• Manage vehicle codification activities (LCDV, KMAT, characteristics)
• Monitor requests via functional Outlook mailboxes
• Produce and track performance indicators (KPI) using Excel
• Identify recurring incidents, analyze causes, and propose action plans
• Participate in escalation processes and Control Tower activities
• Manipulate and structure complex technical data
• Manage modification sheets and dependency tables

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in SAP (object creation, transactions, controls, Workplace)
• Knowledge of vehicle codification (LCDV, KMAT, characteristics)
• Knowledge of DocInfo and Applicable Document Lists (LDA) principles
• Understanding of Lean Management principles
• Proficiency in Excel for KPI tracking and data analysis
• Proficiency in Outlook for functional mailbox management
• Knowledge of the Genome environment
• Experience managing modification sheets and vehicle technical data
• Fluency in French and English
• Mandatory proficiency in Italian
