About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets across Intercom
- Maintain first reply times under 10 minutes
- Keep CSAT and CX scores high through clear and accurate responses
- Synthesize patterns in inbound support volume and relay signal to operations, product, and engineering
- Shadow senior team members on complex tickets and escalate appropriately
- Help maintain and improve internal support resources and documentation
Requirements
- Genuine knowledge of prediction markets and fluency in trading concepts
- Strong written communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts
- High level of ownership and ability to work without hand-holding
- Attention to detail and big-picture thinking
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer support or operations in a startup environment
- Familiarity with support tooling such as Intercom, Stripe, or Plaid
- Currently enrolled in college
