Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer support tickets in Intercom
- Triage incoming requests and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Work directly with Product and Engineering to report platform bugs
- Maintain high standards of communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify patterns in support tickets and flag recurring issues or product friction
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and help documentation
- Help develop AI tools to improve support workflows and customer self-service
- Assist the Customer Success team with onboarding tasks
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a customer-facing role
- Excellent written communication skills
- Genuine curiosity about AI applications
- Highly organized and reliable with strong follow-through
- Ability to pick up new software quickly
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability
