Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer support tickets in Intercom
  • Triage incoming requests and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Work directly with Product and Engineering to report platform bugs
  • Maintain high standards of communication to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify patterns in support tickets and flag recurring issues or product friction
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and help documentation
  • Help develop AI tools to improve support workflows and customer self-service
  • Assist the Customer Success team with onboarding tasks

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a customer-facing role
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Genuine curiosity about AI applications
  • Highly organized and reliable with strong follow-through
  • Ability to pick up new software quickly
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability
