Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of multiple laboratory sites through regular on-site visits and proximity monitoring
• Manage operational team activities, including scheduling, coordination, and administrative support for payroll and HR
• Supervise team accreditation files and ensure the strict application of quality assurance procedures
• Co-facilitate team meetings to maintain effective upward and downward communication
• Maintain technical roles (reception, sampling, pre-analytical) for at least 50% of working time to support site needs
• Oversee quality management processes, including document control, indicator tracking, and participation in audits
• Propose and implement projects to optimize organizational processes, tools, and resource harmonization

Requirements

• State Registered Nurse (IDE) OR a Laboratory Technician degree (BTS/DUT in Biological Analysis, Biotechnology, or similar)
• Valid sampling certificate (certificat de prélèvement)
• Proven experience in team management or similar functions within a medical biology laboratory
• Proficiency with IT tools and digital workflows
• Strong organizational skills, methodology, and ability to handle emergency situations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar management or supervisory role within a medical biology laboratory setting
