Support Logistics Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning, configuration, preparation, and shipping of loan radios and accessories
• Receive, unpack, and process internal RMAs
• Oversee outbound domestic and international shipments including inspection and paperwork
• Maintain loan inventory facilities and conduct monthly audits
• Manage inventory of packaging materials
• Coordinate transportation and carrier services to ensure on-time delivery
• Support SE team with local and remote testing excursions including equipment setup and teardown

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or shipping and receiving
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems
• Experience shipping commercial goods to international destinations
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
