About the role

Responsibilities

  • Debug complex customer-reported issues across integrations, APIs, and the AR/AI platform by reading code and logs
  • Build the support function from the ground up by creating tooling, runbooks, and escalation paths
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to route customer feedback and evidence to the product roadmap
  • Own customer relationships during critical issues, ensuring users are unblocked quickly and clearly
  • Define the future of the support organization, including processes and scaling strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, support operations, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Proven experience troubleshooting integrations, APIs, and complex platform issues
  • Experience building support tooling, documentation, or processes from scratch
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to learn technical products deeply to reproduce issues and provide actionable escalation context
