About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage site spares inventory, including shipping, storage control, and reconciliation for USAF Training Systems
- Mitigate hardware obsolescence for multiple training system programs and coordinate proper disposition of obsolete inventory
- Execute the Return of Repairable (ROR) process and manage repair life cycles in coordination with supply chain teams
- Lead cross-disciplinary coordination across avionics, structures, software, and maintenance to define support strategies
- Develop and maintain logistics support analyses (LSA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) estimates
- Oversee the development of support resources such as test equipment, technical data, and training packages
- Represent Boeing to customers regarding logistics, sustainment planning, and certification reviews
- Support system-level verification and validation activities including lab, ground, and flight tests
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment, modifications, or product support engineering
- Experience with military fixed-wing platforms
- Proven experience developing and implementing product support strategies
- U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, National, or lawful permanent resident)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, project management, or a related technical discipline
- Strong programmatic skills in scheduling, cost estimating, and risk management
- Prior hands-on experience with F-15 modifications or FAA/DoD certification processes
- Familiarity with depot-level maintenance processes and supply chain resilience strategies
