About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and production environments
- Troubleshoot application, integration, infrastructure, and system-related issues
- Coordinate with development and DevOps teams for resolution and deployments
- Handle incidents, service requests, monitoring activities, and system health checks within SLA timelines
- Draft and maintain governance documents, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting operational performance and risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in technical support or application support
- Understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and middleware
- Experience with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments and ticketing systems
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of scripting
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
