About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and production environments
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, infrastructure, and system-related issues
  • Coordinate with development and DevOps teams for resolution and deployments
  • Handle incidents, service requests, monitoring activities, and system health checks within SLA timelines
  • Draft and maintain governance documents, SOPs, and technical documentation
  • Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting operational performance and risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in technical support or application support
  • Understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and middleware
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments and ticketing systems
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of scripting
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
