About the role
Responsibilities
- Help customers succeed with Agent OS by debugging issues and unblocking them
- Investigate complex problems across agent building, integrations, APIs, and infrastructure
- Translate technical issues into clear explanations and actionable solutions
- Design Sierra’s support workflows, tools, and processes using AI tools
- Identify patterns in customer issues to drive product and developer experience improvements
- Create internal tooling to accelerate debugging and investigation
- Help grow and bootstrap the support function globally
Requirements
- Engineering mindset with comfort reading code and working with APIs
- Experience investigating logs and understanding distributed systems
- Passion for debugging and untangling complicated systems
- Proficiency in using AI tools to increase productivity
- Ability to maintain calm and clarity in high-pressure customer situations
