About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients
- Document and track issues using a ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution
- Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
- NZ citizenship or permanent residency
- Valid NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users
- Strong attention to detail for daily timesheets
Preferred Qualifications
- Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022
- Azure Active Directory
- FortiGate firewalls
- Ruckus, HP, and Allied Telesis switching
- Ruckus, Aruba/HP, and Aerohive wireless
- Printer and copier support
