About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software faults
  • Resolve incidents within SLA and escalate when necessary
  • Configure and deploy PCs, servers, and network equipment
  • Perform hardware upgrades and system maintenance
  • Gather user requirements and support client projects
  • Maintain system performance, security, and reliability
  • Monitor logs, raise incidents, and document daily activities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Demonstrable experience with M365 (equivalent to MS900/AB900)
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (equivalent to Cisco CCST Networking)
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components like servers and networking equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical systems quickly
  • Valid Class C driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills for phone, written, and face-to-face interaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an MSP environment
  • Experience with ITIL aligned ticketing/service management systems
  • Experience deploying end-user equipment at client locations
  • Experience supporting IP telephony/Unified Communication (UC) solutions like 3CX or Teams Voice
  • Industry certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, or networking vendors
