Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets spanning every layer of the network stack
• Manage and support complex customer networks
• Identify and document product bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Create well-structured feature requests informed by customer needs
• Build and maintain documentation to shorten time-to-resolution
• Deliver actionable product suggestions to the engineering team

Requirements

• Deep fluency in wireless, security, WAN/LAN, routing, and DNS
• Analytical mindset comfortable with ambiguity and complex systems
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teammates and customers
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
