Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to evaluate product modification requests and provide engineering insights for customization projects.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
  • Develop test procedures and execute validation plans for standard product configurations.
  • Document technical specifications and product capabilities to assist customers in purchasing decisions.
  • Participate in cross-functional product review meetings to provide input on customer requirements and solution feasibility.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical product knowledge to support customer application needs.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a technical support or engineering role.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends on a variable schedule as necessary.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, though a combination of coursework and experience will be considered.
