About the Company

FlightCast is building technology to make publishing video and audio everywhere a one-click process, bringing analytics and ads under one roof. Co-founded by Steven Bartlett (The Diary of a CEO), we are purpose-built to help the world's largest podcasts grow.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between customers and the engineering team
  • Provide technical support and service directly to customers
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues using existing documentation
  • Debug and fix bugs in the product
  • Write new documentation to train AI support chat and improve product guides
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements to reduce engineering interruptions
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members

Requirements

  • Significant experience with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and React Query/tRPC
  • Experience working in SaaS technical support or support engineering
  • Experience writing technical documentation or product guides
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to dig into logs independently
  • Clear communication skills for customer support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Interest in the creator economy and podcasting
