About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments and Azure infrastructure setup using Nerdio Manager.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for IT professionals and administrators across the Nerdio platform, including Windows 365 and Microsoft Intune.
  • Diagnose root causes and resolve complex technical issues involving FSLogix, networking, and Active Directory.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve advanced platform issues.
  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders and deliver product guidance to help customers maximize platform value.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience with Azure Virtual Desktop deployments or Azure environment management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience administering Windows Server environments.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and excellent written/verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with the Nerdio platform (NME or NMM).
  • Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-140, or MD-102).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ITSM ticketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
