Support Engineer, Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform organizational, low-level debug, and development support tasks
• Execute modifications and revisions of electronic parts, software, systems, components, or circuitry
• Provide design support for engineers and offer recommendations for small projects
• Install, upgrade, and configure company products and components
• Monitor product performance and analyze simple failures or malfunctions
• Gather basic data and information from multiple sources to execute routine tasks
• Collaborate with team members to complete work and meet project deadlines and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• OR Associate's degree with 1+ year of technical or related work experience
• OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of technical or related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• Certification in Electronics or a related area
• Military experience or training in the electronics field (Rank E4+)
• 2+ years of experience with digital HW, SW, and/or analog RF troubleshooting and debugging
• 2+ years of experience working in a lab environment
