Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for members needing help with mental health, wellbeing, and physical safety
- Coordinate a wide variety of emergency and non-emergency requests under the guidance of a Shift Supervisor
- Work with Nurses and Psychologists to accurately pass on case notes for escalated cases
- Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for members
- Provide input into operational processes and functionality
Requirements
- Experience working in a complex high-pressure environment, operations, or an inbound call centre
- Superior English communication skills
- Experience managing multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster
- Willingness to work onsite in Waterloo, Sydney
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese
- Experience working in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities
- Experience in complex or crisis environments
